Aloha College of LLL Graduate Students,
We are getting close to the 22nd Annual LLL Graduate Student Conference, 2018: L4 : Languages, Linguistics & Literature for Life, and we are in need of volunteers to help make this conference great!
We are looking for graduate students to help on the day of the conference, Saturday, April 7, 2018 between 8 AM-3 PM. All volunteers will work in shifts, so we can accommodate your schedule and you can enjoy the conference presentations as well. We need volunteers for the roles listed below. If any of these are of interest to you, please follow the link to the google form below to sign up as a volunteer.
- Moderators: Volunteers will sit in on presentations and keep time for each presenter. Time cards will be provided. Moderators will be responsible for ensuring that all presentations follow the conference schedule and the allotted time for presentation and Q&A. (24 needed)
- Registration: Volunteers will handle conference check-in and on-site registration throughout the day. (8 needed)
- Tech Personnel: Volunteers will help with tech questions and ensure that the technical aspects of the presentations run smoothly. There will be tech set up on Friday, April 6 from 12pm to 2pm. Please let us know if you prefer to do tech for set-up on Friday or for the conference on Saturday. (8 needed; 4 Friday/4 Saturday)
