Call for Abstracts (2016)

20th Annual Graduate Student Conference
of the
College of Languages, Linguistics & Literature

Celebrating Voices

past • present • future

Come join us in celebrating our 20th anniversary! The annual student conference has been a part of the LLL College’s history since 1996. It is an opportunity for graduate students to share their work with fellow students and faculty and obtain conference presentation experience in a friendly environment. Selected papers are published in the conference proceedings, thus enriching the students’ academic experience through publication.

This year, we are honored to welcome Dr. Samrat Upadhyay as our keynote speaker. Dr. Upadhyay is the Martha C. Kraft Professor of Humanities at Indiana University Bloomington and a graduate of UH Mānoa.
